This action packed police story begins with Muthukumar (nandaa) who hails from a poor family but studies well and becomes an IPS officer. He is posted to Vellore as ASP. Meanwhile, he also falls in love with Priya (poorna) and both get married too. The twist occurs when Muthukumar decides to clean Vellore of crime and make it peaceful. This gets him into clash with Gurumurthy (azhagam perumal), the local don with lot of influence and connections. A series of clashes happen and who emerges successful in the end forms the rest of the film...
