Ambalavanan (Visu) and Chandrashekar (Kishmu) are colleagues and very close friends. Ambalavanan has a very loving family which includes his wife two sons on daughter and a daughter who is married and settled while Chandrashekar's family is of three, he himself and his two sons. Due to his previous experiences Chandrashekar does not believe in relationship and for him everything is commercial that is the reason he even pays for the food that he eats at home. However, circumstances change and both their views towards life changes. How this change happens is what the film is all about.
