The State Counsellor

Based on Boris Akunin's Best Novel, "The Russian empire, the end of the XIX century". Making his way through Moscow to the place of his service the former commander of the Detached gendarme corps, Siberian governor general Hrapov is killed by a stranger in the ministry carriage of the express train. According to the guards report, Hrapov was killed by the councilor of State Erast Petrovich Fandorin (Oleg Menshikov) who was responsible for the governor generals security during his stay in Moscow. However on its arrival in Moscow, Hrapov's escort meets the real Fandorin and makes sure that the murderer has only given himself out to be the councilor of State. And Fandorin starts an immediate investigation.
