Chasing Ghosts

Evoking the grit of 1940s noir, director Kyle Dean Jackson makes astonishingly good use of a low budget in this puzzle of a murder mystery. At the center is Detective Kevin Harrison (Michael Madsen, SIN CITY), a weathered cop on his way out; he is training his replacement when a string of brutal murders takes over his attention.
