Captain Arjun (Sathyaraj) is a helicopter pilot whose ambition is to become a commercial pilot. In an incident he dramatically saves the Prime Minister and wins lot of accolades and appreciation from the PM and the Civil Aviation minister G. Krishnamurthy. Krishnamurthy promises to make him a commercial pilot and in the same breath asks him for a personal favor. He tells him that his daughter has been kidnapped by terrorists and he has to go and give the ransom amount and rescue her. Arjun agrees to help him not knowing what he is getting into. Few days after finishing the job he is arrested by the cops on charges of helping terrorists to enter the country illegally. Arjun is shocked and dumbfounded, no amount of convincing saves him and he is sent to jail for two years. The rest of the film is about how he takes revenge on Krishnamurthy and how he proves himself innocent and exposes Krishnamurthy to the world
